In the beginning, I was unsure whether this book would peak my interest, but by the end I was enjoying this story and wanting these character’s relationship to triumph.

This story is packed with steamy moments! Found myself blushing a lot! There’s family drama, revenge, secrets, and love! Zeus is your typical lacking faith-in-love billionaire, but I really enjoyed the moments he let his guard down. It opened up a whole other dimension to his character. I also really love seeing the ways he problem-solves for Madison. I’ll be honest, I didn’t love Madison right away, but as I read further along I found myself really applauding her for making the choices she needed to for her family. I see how much she cares and what lengths she would go to, to protect the ones she loves!

I love a good billionaire romance and I’m sucker for a morally gray hero! It’s clear that Zeus and Madison have an intense connection. And it’s nice to see their relationship progress. Their relationship is something that quickly happens, as an insta lust does. But I really wish there had been more story to allow the relationships to truly unfold, which is why I rated it the way I did, but as the story progressed, I was hooked with the drama and romance.

Ultimately, I enjoyed this book! Lemoyne knows how to bring to life a story filled with anticipation, spice, and alpha men. I rate this book a 4 out of 5. I would recommend this book to those who love billionaire romances, spicy scenes, and an opposites-attract trope. If this sounds like something you like, I recommend you check it out!
